Position Overview:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), your primary responsibility will be to deliver essential care to our residents and assist them with their daily activities. You will be tasked with:

  • Documenting all relevant information on flow sheets, notes, and charts in a clear and comprehensive manner.
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' health conditions to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A valid Connecticut Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
  • The ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language proficiently.

Job Summary:

The main objective of your role is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to each assigned resident, in accordance with their care plans and as directed by your supervisors. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be entrusted with the authority and responsibility necessary to fulfill your duties effectively.
