About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Security Finance. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and manage a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality loan processing.
  • Maintain accurate and secure office cash handling procedures.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals while ensuring compliance with state and federal lending regulations.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate completion of loan processes and income tax returns.
  • Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.

Requirements

  • Previous management experience in a financial services industry.
  • Previous customer service experience with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
  • A valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
  • Previous finance experience in a leadership role.
