About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Security Finance. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality loan processing.
- Maintain accurate and secure office cash handling procedures.
- Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals while ensuring compliance with state and federal lending regulations.
- Ensure prompt and accurate completion of loan processes and income tax returns.
- Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.
Requirements
- Previous management experience in a financial services industry.
- Previous customer service experience with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
- A valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
- Previous finance experience in a leadership role.
