Job Summary

ENT and Allergy Associates, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team. As a key member of our audiology department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Audiometric Testing: Gather patient history, conduct audiometric testing, and provide recommendations for hearing aids.
  • Diagnostic Testing: Perform diagnostic testing to identify hearing and balance disorders.
  • Hearing Aid Services: Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments; program hearing aids and fit them to patients.
  • Patient Counseling: Counsel patients on hearing aid options and provide guidance on hearing health.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Audiology: Au.D. or equivalent degree required.
  • Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License: Current and active license to dispense hearing aids.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, physicians, and team members.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve practice goals and objectives.
