We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Dispensary Sales Associate at STIIIZY.

As a member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive interactions with our customers. Your goal is to build a loyal customer base by imparting cannabis wisdom and advising customers on suitable products based on their needs, preferences, and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of retail or hospitality experience and be able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer a competitive salary of $19.50 USD per hour, medical insurance for part-time and full-time employees, and paid training to learn about the history of cannabis, compliance, product knowledge, and sales.
