Job Summary

We are seeking a fully licensed mental health therapist to join our team in a hybrid role. As a Therapist - Hybrid (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW), you will work with clients with mild to moderate mental health conditions and/or substance abuse issues, providing standardized counseling/talk therapy sessions. You will also assess clients' mental and behavioral health status, conduct intake/biopsychosocial assessments, and formulate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional counseling services to scheduled clients
  • Assess clients' mental and behavioral health status and conduct standardized counseling/talk therapy sessions
  • Perform intake/biopsychosocial assessments and formulate treatment plans
  • Identify and refer clients with urgent mental health conditions to appropriate emergency or psychiatric treatment facilities
  • Maintain accurate and consistent documentation of clinical and counseling services
Requirements
  • Fully licensed mental health therapist in the State of Connecticut (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW)
  • One to three years experience conducting counseling/talk therapy sessions with diverse client populations
  • Advanced proficiency in conducting intake assessments and formulating treatment plans
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
