Nursing Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at North Cape Center in Cape May, NJ. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the efficient operation of our nursing units.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Facilitate the implementation of our care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff and coordinating with other departments.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff and minimize the use of overtime and agency personnel.
- Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Requirements- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred.
