Position Overview:

The Office of Undergraduate Medical Education is responsible for overseeing the undergraduate medical education program, orchestrating the content and sequence of courses, and fostering innovative methodologies in learning, teaching, and assessment.

The Clinical Curriculum Administrator will support all facets of the medical school curriculum, with a particular emphasis on clinical studies that take place during the clerkship and post-clerkship phases.

This role serves as an administrative liaison and offers project management assistance under the guidance of the Phase 2 Program Director.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively prepares and disseminates curricular information to Clerkship and Course Directors, content leaders, faculty, and students
  • Coordinates learning sessions, including room bookings or video conferencing as necessary
  • Manages and maintains curricular materials within the learning management system (LMS) and other relevant platforms in a timely manner
  • Acts as the primary contact and liaison among students, faculty, and administrative staff
  • Assists in the administration of examinations
  • Participates in curricular committees and other meetings related to the curriculum
  • Coordinates and/or aids in the coordination of medical school courses
  • Addresses curricular projects and tasks as assigned
Essential Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree along with two years of pertinent professional experience is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical abilities, and proficiency in computer applications are essential. A keen interest in medical education is preferred.

Desirable Qualifications:

Prior administrative experience in an academic or clinical environment is advantageous.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with reasonable flexibility.
