We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. As a key member of our clinical nutrition team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition care to our patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized nutrition plans for patients and clients.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective implementation of nutrition care plans.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and families on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and guidelines to ensure evidence-based practice.
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
- Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required).
