Your Role:
As a Pest Management Specialist, you will deliver exceptional pest control services to designated accounts in your area. Weekly meetings at our local office will allow you to plan your tasks and gather necessary supplies. After ensuring your vehicle is ready for the day, you will follow a designated route to implement our pest control procedures and, when needed, educate clients on effective sanitation and storage practices.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Access various structures, including crawl spaces, and navigate stairs and ladders
2. Document findings and understand pesticide labels and training materials in English
3. Utilize personal protective equipment as mandated by OSHA
4. Conduct inspections for pests and their potential habitats
5. Operate application and inspection equipment, as well as small hand and power tools
6. Adapt to diverse environmental conditions, including seasonal weather and varying locations
7. Advise clients on proper sanitation and storage methods
8. Schedule new accounts into established routes
9. Collaborate with supervisors regarding sanitation and pest management
10. Work with the quality control department for training and pest issue resolution

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license is necessary
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Availability to work Monday through Friday
• Strong attention to detail
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds and navigate confined spaces
• Self-motivated individual who thrives in independent work settings
