Job Description: As a Registered Dietitian Health Care Facility Surveyor, you will be responsible for accrediting and certifying facilities that serve residents of long-term care facilities. You must have at least two years of recent experience working as a surveyor and maintain current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dietetics
• Successful completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
• Two years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities
• Maintain current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian
• Demonstrated history of independent decision-making skills
• Ability to set priorities independently and collectively
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
