About the Role

As a Radiology Technologist PRN at AdventHealth Ocala, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic radiology procedures to support the mission of AdventHealth. This role contributes to the delivery of high-quality patient care by operating radiologic equipment, utilizing proper positioning techniques, and ensuring patient safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic studies upon order, utilizing Radiology Information System to check orders for accuracy.
  • Operate all types of radiologic equipment, including carm, R&F rooms, Digital rooms, Portables, and Cysto room.
  • Utilize lead shields per policy, for self and patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma, technical / college training.
  • Florida Registered Radiologic Technologist / ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technology; BLS.
