At Kohler Co., we're seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanic to join our Cast Iron Maintenance Team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide critical electrical and mechanical maintenance support for processing machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance support for processing machinery and equipment.
  • Work in a heavy industrial environment, including exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt, coolants, oils, noise, heights, and confined spaces.
  • Operate a fork truck and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma/GED and associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or equivalent training.
  • Ability to operate a fork truck and provide own tools.
  • Pass a written technical skills evaluation and receive a passing score on the STM assessment.
