Transportation Specialist

At Dalbo Holdings Inc, we are seeking a skilled Transportation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials to and from various destinations. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a tractor trailer to transport goods and materials to and from various destinations.
- Ensure all items/substances are loaded and unloaded properly.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including weight, route, and delivery times.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a CDL A driver.
- CDL A license.
- High School diploma/GED.
- Tanker and HazMat endorsement preferred.
- Meet all Federal Motor Carrier D.O.T. requirements and safety qualifications.
Working Conditions
- Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines.
- May be required to work night or weekend shifts.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
