Window Tint Specialist

At The Tint Shop Emporium, Inc., we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tint Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for applying 3M window film products to customer vehicles with precision and attention to detail.

• Apply 3M window film products to customer vehicles with precision and attention to detail.
• Develop a thorough understanding of 3M window film products, including their features, benefits, and application techniques.
• Conduct thorough inspections of completed tint installations to verify adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tinting bays, tools, and equipment.
• Participate in hands-on training and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and expertise in window tint installation.

• Previous experience in automotive customization or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity, with the ability to work with precision and accuracy during tint installations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the window tinting industry.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in automotive detailing or window tint installation is a plus.
