Truck Captain Job Description

As a Truck Captain with College Hunks Hauling Junk, you will be the first point of contact for clients on the job. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring 100% satisfaction with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and professional service to clients, including greeting, educating, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Operate the truck safely and efficiently, performing daily inspections and maintaining equipment.

  • Make logistical decisions, such as when to dispose of items and how to best complete a job.

  • Complete daily checklists and prevent careless mistakes.

Requirements:

Compensation: $15+/hour
