Overview:
We are seeking a committed Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to support licensed Speech Language Pathologists in delivering vital speech therapy services to clients with communication challenges. This role is integral to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and fostering their development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related discipline
- Possession of a Texas SLPA license or eligibility for licensure
- Experience with pediatric and/or adult populations facing speech and language difficulties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of speech therapy treatment plans under the guidance of licensed SLPs
- Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals or small groups
- Assist in assessment, documentation, and monitoring of client progress
- Work collaboratively with SLPs, educators, and families to ensure effective communication and care continuity
Compensation:
A competitive salary package will be offered, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
