- Protect patient confidentiality by maintaining professional staff communications.
- Supervise, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate expertise in performing critical skills, adapting to the age-specific needs of the patient population.
- Work collaboratively with other disciplines to ensure timely, efficient, and effective patient care.
- Foster professional development among staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and safety standards, completing required education assignments annually.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with a bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field preferred (required within 3 years in position).
- Three (3) years of recent clinical experience, with a strong background in emergency nursing.
- Tennessee State registered nurse license, with CPR certification.
