The Dishroom Attendant is responsible for thoroughly cleaning all dishes, silverware, and other items in accordance with Parkhurst standards and procedures. This role requires maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness under strict food safety and sanitary conditions. Key responsibilities include:

• Running dishes and silverware through the dish machine following proper procedures.
• Cleaning and maintaining designated equipment and areas as assigned by management.
• Ensuring a sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods.
• Sweeping and mopping the dish room floor at the end of each day and emptying the mop bucket.
• Exercising extreme caution and following instructions and procedures when using chemicals.
• FOLLOWING THE UNIFORM DRESS CODE AND MAINTAINING PROPER PERSONAL HYGIENE.
• FOLLOWING ALL PARKHURST HOSPITALITY GOLD STANDARDS. USE SMILE PLUS HOSPITALITY IMPERATIVES.
• ASSISTING FELLOW ASSOCIATES AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY.
• PERFORMING ANY OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY MANAGEMENT.
• STANDING AND/OR WALKING - 100% OF TIME.
