About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team. As a Registered Nurse in our Float Pool, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments, including ICU and Behavioral Health. This role requires strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in our Float Pool, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:
