Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Health Care Team as a Central Line Monitoring and Patient Care specialist. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, and providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and develop, evaluate, and modify care plans as needed
  • Monitor central lines and perform access/de-access procedures, place midlines, and administer ultrasound-guided IVs and bedside PICC lines
  • Provide patient education and support to promote optimal health outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Care Team and Support Team to achieve patient outcomes and goals

Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing or found by the Board to be substantially equivalent to the programs in Georgia
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia
