Position Overview:


Are you an experienced engineer passionate about advancing technology and influencing the future of aviation? We are looking for a Mission Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team and aid in the progression of our state-of-the-art defense technology.

This position is crucial for the design and enhancement of aircraft mission systems, particularly focusing on avionics and the V-BAT platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and integrate intricate aircraft mission systems, emphasizing avionics and V-BAT technology.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team to ensure the successful and efficient achievement of project objectives.
  • Perform thorough testing and validation of all mission system designs to guarantee their performance, safety, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues proactively, applying innovative solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our product design processes, integrating the latest technologies and methodologies to promote efficiency and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 6 years of experience in an engineering role, focusing on avionics and aircraft mission systems.
  • Proven experience with V-BAT technology and defense systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Robust technical skills, including proficiency in design software and a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles and methodologies.
