At All Care Therapies, we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our Physical Therapists to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow the plan of care developed by the Physical Therapist and provide treatment to patients in their homes.
- Interpret evaluation findings to provide safe and effective care.
- Provide treatment based on established goals and objectives.
- Communicate with patients and their families to educate them on treatment plans and progress.
- Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine the effectiveness of treatment and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide discharge planning for patients and communicate with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth transition.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current California PTA license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Home health experience preferred, but not required.
- Competitive pay rate of $60-$75 per visit.
- Flexibility to choose your own hours and coverage areas.
- Quick and easy documentation.
- Electronic payment and support staff available to assist with any questions or concerns.
