Speech Language Pathologist: Per Diem

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at At Home Therapies. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in various settings, including outpatient, rehabilitation centers, and long-term care facilities.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough speech therapy evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based treatments to patients, utilizing various modalities and adapting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and efficiently.
- Master's degree in Communication Disorders or related field from an accredited university.
- Current licensure and/or registration as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
- Experience working with patients in various settings, including outpatient, rehabilitation centers, and long-term care facilities.
- Competitive hourly rate: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour.
