Descripción del Rol: Como Microservices Backend Solutions Architect, serás responsable de crear, desarrollar y supervisar la implementación de soluciones de backend que cumplan con las mejores prácticas en diseño de microservicios. Colaborarás estrechamente con equipos multifuncionales para comprender los requisitos empresariales y transformarlos en diseños arquitectónicos robustos.
Responsabilidades Clave:
- Diseñar y arquitectar soluciones de microservicios backend, considerando aspectos como escalabilidad, rendimiento, seguridad y mantenibilidad.
- Colaborar con gerentes de producto, ingenieros de software y otros interesados para entender los requisitos del negocio y traducirlos en soluciones técnicas.
- Definir patrones arquitectónicos, directrices y mejores prácticas para el desarrollo de microservicios backend.
- Diseñar e implementar APIs RESTful para la comunicación entre microservicios, asegurando interoperabilidad y estandarización.
- Seleccionar tecnologías, marcos y herramientas adecuadas para implementar soluciones basadas en microservicios, considerando factores como rendimiento y productividad del desarrollador.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos de DevOps para automatizar el despliegue, escalado y monitoreo de aplicaciones basadas en microservicios.
- Realizar revisiones de código, proporcionar orientación técnica y mentorizar a miembros junior del equipo en arquitectura de microservicios y mejores prácticas de desarrollo backend.
- Mantenerse actualizado con las tendencias emergentes, tecnologías y mejores prácticas en arquitectura de microservicios y desarrollo backend, evaluando su aplicabilidad a los proyectos de la organización.
Calificaciones:
- Título universitario en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería o campo relacionado. Se prefiere un título de maestría.
- Experiencia comprobada (más de 5 años) en desarrollo backend, con un enfoque en arquitectura de microservicios.
- Fuerte comprensión de los principios, patrones y mejores prácticas de arquitectura de microservicios.
- Dominio de lenguajes de programación comúnmente utilizados en desarrollo backend, como Java, Python o Go.
- Experiencia con tecnologías de contenedorización como Docker y herramientas de orquestación como Kubernetes.
- Conocimiento de plataformas en la nube como AWS, Azure o Google Cloud Platform, y experiencia en desarrollo nativo de la nube.
- Familiaridad con bases de datos, tanto SQL como NoSQL, y experiencia en modelado y optimización de datos.
- Experiencia con principios de diseño de APIs RESTful y herramientas de gestión de APIs.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, con la capacidad de diseñar y arquitectar sistemas complejos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración, con la capacidad de trabajar eficazmente en equipos multifuncionales.
Calificaciones Preferidas:
- Experiencia con arquitecturas impulsadas por eventos y sistemas de mensajería como Kafka o RabbitMQ.
- Familiaridad con principios y prácticas de diseño orientado al dominio (DDD).
- Conocimiento de estrategias y herramientas de prueba para microservicios.
- Certificación en tecnologías o marcos relevantes.
