Ramen Kitchen Captain

What You'll Do:
As a Team Leader - Restaurant Services at Kizuki Ramen, you will be responsible for leading a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a clean and safe environment, promoting a culture of excellence, and driving business growth through effective management practices.

Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train team members to provide outstanding service and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor and control costs to achieve financial goals
- Implement policies and procedures to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors

Your Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
