Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Land Development Specialist to join our team in the Phoenix Division. As a key member of our land development team, you will play a crucial role in processing bids, contracts, and accounts payable for land development consultants and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Consultant and trade vendor setup, consultant/subcontractor agreement, and insurance compliance
• Assemble, file, and track approved plans and permits
• Order and track financial assurances for land development needs
• Update development budgets monthly with change orders
• Ensure land development invoices/draws/check requests meet internal requirements before processing for payment
• Assist in land development bidding and contracting process, including bid package assembly and distribution
• Work with field management team to update development budgets with current contract values and change orders
• Manage joint development agreement draw payment processing
• Prepare, file, and track SWPPP and dust control permitting
• Support field management teams with in-office tasks

Requirements:
• Over 2 years of experience in land development administration
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Working Conditions:
The role involves working in the field at construction sites, with occasional office work. It requires the ability to drive own vehicle and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

Estimated Salary: $62,500 - $82,000 per year
