Job Title: Home Caregiver for the Elderly

MENOLA LLC is seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes.

Job Summary

We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized care and assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
  • Assist with mobility, walking, and transferring
  • Prepare meals and snacks
  • Perform light housekeeping activities
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Administer medication (training provided)
Qualifications
  • Training in activities of daily living provided
  • Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role preferred
  • First aid and CPR training provided
  • Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
  • Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Compassionate, respectful, and ethical
