Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans.
  • Operate and maintain complex imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Provide patient education and support, addressing concerns and answering questions in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and protocols.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
  • ARRT certification in radiography.
  • 2 years of experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a hospital or medical center setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment, as well as stand for long periods.
