Automotive Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at First Team Honda. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a critical role in providing exceptional service and support.

• Answer all incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department or individual.
• Receive and process payments for the Sales and Finance Departments.
• Closely interact with customers to provide excellent customer service.
• Close repair orders for the Service Department.

• Knowledge of CDK/ADP is a plus.
• 1-2 years of previous Receptionist experience in a Dealership is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Strong mathematical ability.

• High school diploma or the equivalent.

• Possess an acceptable driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
