Host/Hostess

At Red Lobster, we're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Host/Hostess, you'll play a vital role in setting the tone for our guests' dining experience. Your goal will be to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.

• Greet guests with a smile and a friendly conversation, making them feel at ease.
• Use a seating chart to seat guests efficiently and effectively.
• Stay up-to-date on current menu items and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
• Monitor the waiting list and manage the floor chart to ensure seamless table management.
• Communicate with guests who are waiting, keeping them informed of wait times and estimated wait periods.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the menus, waiting area, and restrooms.
• Answer phones and take to-go orders as needed.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to remain on your feet for several hours at a time.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform frequent bending, kneeling, and sweeping.
