Job Summary:
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. As an Occupational Therapist with Enhance Rehabilitation, you will be a part of a growing team that provides excellent care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting following an individualized plan of care.
- Provide excellent care for our patients and provide excellent customer service to our patients and family members.
- Collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent care for our patients.
- Evaluate new patients, develop plans of care, and set measurable, functional goals.
- Treat patients, answer their concerns, and educate them on their injury, progress, and probable outcomes.
- Re-evaluate patient progress, revise plans of care, and reset goals.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.
Requirements:
- Qualifications and experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to provide excellent care for patients and family members.
