Head of Women's Flag Football Operations

Hartwick College seeks a highly qualified individual to fill the role of Head of Women's Flag Football Operations, a part-time (30 hours per week), 10-month position that requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the women's flag football program, including managing staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with NCAA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the women's flag football program, including managing staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with NCAA regulations.
- Facility Management: Manage the maintenance and renovation of the team's facilities, including the field, locker rooms, and weight room.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Identify, recruit, and retain talented student-athletes, while also developing and implementing effective training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Athletic Administration: Manage all administrative duties associated with the program, including contest scheduling, equipment management, and team travel planning.
- Community Engagement: Engage with the local community through outreach programs, partnerships, and volunteer opportunities.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Certifications and Licenses: Valid driver's license and insurance coverage.
- Experience: 3-5 years of football playing and/or coaching experience, with experience in women's flag football preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
