Job Summary

This Occupational Therapist position involves working with patients to assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and enhance daily living skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing age-appropriate education to patients and caregivers, and supervising and mentoring other team members. They will also participate in multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Current NBCOT certification and state licensure (North Carolina or Virginia)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
