Hiring a Hardscape Foreman for our team of outdoor living contractors. As a crew lead, you will oversee the installation of paver patios, pool decks, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and fireplaces.

Salary and Benefits:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation of hardscapes, including paver patios, pool decks, and retaining walls.
- Manage a team of hardscaping technicians.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow safety protocols.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in hardscaping, preferably as a crew lead or foreman.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions.
