About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Landa. As a key member of our property care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete service requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Use a service request program to review, track, and record maintenance activities
  • Maintain property grounds and curb appeal
  • Proactively identify and address life-safety and liability concerns
  • Stay on top of preventative maintenance plans and schedules
  • Adhere to OSHA safety standards and regulations
  • Work with the General Manager to develop and implement property turn-over plans
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies as required
  • Participate in annual re-bidding of service contracts
  • Work with the General Manager to develop scopes of work, put out bids, and oversee capital projects
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents
  • Set up and maintain key control protocols
Requirements
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment and single-family housing
  • Valid Driver's License
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Proficiency in maintenance of appliances, general carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool care
