Electrophysiology Specialist

Assists the physician in the invasive testing and/or treatment of patients in the Electrophysiology Lab. Provides specialized technical support and assistance to the physician in precise diagnostic mapping of patient-specific lesions, related testing and treatment of adult and pediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoots equipment problems and works closely with Clinical Engineering staff to maximize the functionality of the equipment and minimize downtime.
- Supports the physician in the precise diagnostic mapping of patient-specific lesions, related testing and treatment of adult and pediatric patients.
If qualifying as Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, must be a graduate of a two-year invasive cardiology program or IBHRE endorsed certificate or degree program (at least twelve month duration) or equivalent. If qualifying as a Radiologic Technologist, must be a graduate of a Radiologic Technology program.
Washington Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification upon hire. Or Washington Radiologic Technologist upon hire. National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International upon hire. Or National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
