Exciting Opportunity at Dialyze Direct

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join our team on a Monday to Friday 5-day shift schedule. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support throughout the treatment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and observe patients throughout treatment
  • Collect and record patient vitals in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Monitor inventory and handle machine set-up
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • Certified CHT or CCHT with at least 3 months recent dialysis experience
  • Reliable daily transportation
  • Current BLS certification
  • Able to travel to local area sites and lift up to 35 pounds
