Salon & Spa Coordinator

Gene Juarez Salons & Spas is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salon & Spa Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our salon team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive guest experience from start to finish.

• Welcome and assist guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
• Support our artists by preparing clean linens and supplies, enabling them to provide the best possible experience for our guests.
• Promote a clean and organized environment, maintaining the salon's lobby, dressing rooms, retail shelves, and restrooms to the highest standards.
• Assist with the replacement of retail stock and signage, ensuring our products and promotions are accurately displayed.
• Engage with guests during check-out, providing a seamless and personalized experience.
• Close the salon at night, ensuring the premises are secure and ready for the next day.

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
• Be able to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

• A competitive hourly rate of $18.00.
