Key Responsibilities of the Concierge:
  • Maintain a welcoming reception area and perform essential administrative tasks during your shift.
  • Address inquiries and concerns from residents' families, relaying pertinent information to the Executive Director or Business Office Director as necessary.
  • Handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate recipients.
  • Participate in onboarding, annual training, in-services, and team meetings as required.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Business Office Director.
Qualifications for Consideration:
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Possession of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with groups of residents or team members.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Exhibit patience, tact, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm, with the ability to interact with residents at various maturity levels.
  • Compliance with state or provincial health-related requirements.
