Position Overview & Requirements- Specialty: Clinical Laboratory Technologist
- Discipline: Allied Health Professional
- Duration: Ongoing
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours
- Employment Type: Staff
Job Complexity: Requires advanced expertise in laboratory methodologies and equipment. The ability to effectively communicate and engage with both internal and external stakeholders is essential. Proficiency in laboratory information systems is necessary. Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking capabilities, strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with minimal oversight. The role demands the capacity to perform under pressure and respond appropriately to various situations.
Experience Required: A minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory capacity is mandatory. Additional Educational Background: Must be a graduate of an accredited program for Medical Technologists or Medical Laboratory Scientists.
