Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist/Bartender to join our team at Dave & Buster's - Nashville. As a Mixology Specialist, you will be responsible for serving a wide range of beverages to our guests, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drink Preparation: Receive drink orders from guests or servers, mix and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Responsible Service: Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to all laws and company policies regarding alcohol service.
• Point of Sale Operations: Enter drink and/or food orders into the POS terminal, collect payment from guests, and maintain accurate sales and inventory reports.
• Inventory Management: Order and requisition liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies as needed, while maintaining a well-stocked bar.
• Bar Maintenance: Clean and store bar equipment and stock, perform opening and closing duties, and complete side work assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of mixology techniques and ingredients, with the ability to create a wide range of cocktails and beverages.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
