Job Description
This role involves reviewing and evaluating medication regimens to identify potential or actual problems, providing patient care by initiating and monitoring medication therapy, and collaborating with the care team to develop quality improvement efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school and state licensure as a Pharmacist. Additionally, critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently are essential.
