Job Overview

Estimated Salary

The estimated weekly salary for this position is $2327-$2407, with an hourly rate of $16-$18 per hour. This is based on an 8-hour shift and 40 hours per week. However, please note that the hourly rate may change based on shift length, and actual amounts are subject to eligibility and seasonal/annual adjustments.

Job Description
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in the Skilled Nursing setting.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and achieve patient goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • State License-Physical Therapist-Washington.
  • NPI NUMBER.
  • Ability to lift from 50-100lbs.
