- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and families.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, responding promptly to changes or concerns, and escalating issues as necessary.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and safety.
- NJ RN License
- BLS certification
- Intermediate computer skills, excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, with the capacity to lift, push, and pull as needed
