Responsibilities

* Provide pharmaceutical care to patients of Shands Hospital and the University of Florida Clinics
* Rotate duties between the Shands Outpatient and Medical Plaza Pharmacies
* Evaluate medication orders written for ambulatory patients and exercise professional judgment
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
* Develop and implement patient-centered care plans

Requirements

* Graduation from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
* Previous experience in ambulatory practice and knowledge of insurance
* Strong communication skills and ability to operate a computer
* Pharm.D. and knowledge of a clinic specialty a plus
