Job Summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Plant Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and enter A/P invoices into the A/P system, ensuring timely approvals and accurate G/L accounting coding.
  • Investigate supplier inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Perform month-end accruals and journal entries, analyzing workflow processes and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Review employee timecard edits and provide assistance with problem-solving and resolving pay discrepancies.
  • Manage payroll files and other record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • 1-4 years of experience in accounting and financial operations.
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Power BI/Power Automate experience a plus.
What We Offer
