We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Supervisor to join our team. As a Residential Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing support and oversight to our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

• Provide direct supervision to a team of DSPs to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Participate in interviews and onboarding of new team members to foster positive working relationships.
• Coach, mentor, and train DSPs on CILA guidelines and client needs.
• Provide direct shift coverage and flex schedules to meet the needs of the program.
• Conduct regular supervision meetings with DSPs to provide feedback and support.
• Communicate regularly with the Residential Associate Director on team performance and client needs.
• Participate in individualized planning and goal setting with clients.
• Monitor and report on daily documentation, agency communication, and program budgets.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience working with intellectual and developmental disability population.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to fulfill all necessary training requirements of the agency.
• Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and Teams.

• Competitive salary range $24.50/hour.

The Residential Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with clients, families, and team members. The ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team is essential. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in periods of crisis and have strong de-escalation skills.
