Substance Use Disorder Program Clinical Supervisor

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a highly skilled Substance Use Disorder Program Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Howard R Young Correctional Institution in Wilmington, Delaware.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, identity theft protection, employee assistance program, discount center, and 401K.

The successful candidate will provide clinical supervision to SUD counselors, conduct groups, complete treatment plans, and participate in local meetings as assigned. They will also assist the SUD program director in obtaining necessary information for reports and ensuring program compliance.

To be eligible for this role, you must have a Master's degree in social work, counseling psychology, or a similar field, and hold a substance use certification (CADC, CAADC, licensed chemical dependency professional, or CCDP). A license (LCSW, LPC, and/or LCDP) is preferred, and at least 2 years of experience in an SUD treatment program is required.
