Qualifications:

  • MD/DO degree.
  • Unrestricted medical license in the state.
  • Unrestricted DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN (ABOG, AOBOG).
  • Certification must be achieved within five years of eligibility.
  • Current BLS certification.
