This is a contract to hire opportunity for a Bilingual Vietnamese and English Front Desk/Medical Receptionist. The successful candidate will work in a large medical group in Fountain Valley, serving as the first point of contact for patients and visitors.

We are a large network of medical clinics in Southern California, dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to our community.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling and confirming patient appointments, surgeries, and medical consultations. They will also maintain accurate patient records, handle patient billing and payments, and ensure seamless communication between medical staff and patients. Additionally, they will be expected to stay updated with changes in medical and insurance legislation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical reception or similar role within the healthcare industry. They must be proficient in medical terminology, healthcare systems, and patient scheduling software. Strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail are essential for this position. Knowledge of insurance processes and claims, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), are also required. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and proactive problem-solving skills are highly valued.
